Switzerland: Smiling House Luxury, an online travel agency [OTA] for luxury vacation rentals, has announced an integration with property management software [PMS] platform Guesty, which will significantly increase the number of properties on its platform.
Short-term rental hosts and property managers who use Guesty will now be able to seamlessly link their rentals to the Smiling House platform, an online destination that connects luxury properties with affluent and discerning guests.
Founded in 2015, Smiling House is home to more than 9,500 properties in 52 countries and 300 destinations.
Operating in over 80 countries, Guesty’s PMS serves enterprise, small, and midsize property managers, as well as individual hosts, providing a full-stack solution with all the necessary tools to manage the entire rental journey, solving some of their biggest pain points. Integrating across all property management functions, the company’s software platform is designed to help property managers advertise and manage their vacation or short-term rental properties, delivering guest experiences through a highly intuitive user experience and open API capabilities.
Last month, Guesty announced that it had raised $130 million in a Series F funding round, and since then, it has also acquired vacation rental channel manager Rentals United.
Moriya Rockman, co-founder of Smiling House Luxury, said: “We are delighted to be partnering with Guesty – one of the premier property management solutions in the world. We are very proud to have been one of Guesty’s first clients when we initially started out in Gstaad, Switzerland, with just a single property.
“Today, we have thousands of properties, and this partnership will help to deliver an extended portfolio of outstanding rentals – from ski chalets in the Alps to beachside retreats in the Caribbean, and penthouse apartments in the Middle East to grandiose chateaus across Europe. For Guesty clients with luxury properties, now is the perfect time for them to expand their reach and attract our loyal customers,” she added.
Vered Raviv Schwarz, president and COO of Guesty, said: “We’re thrilled to partner with Smiling House, a long-time Guesty user which has built a successful OTA focusing on the luxury market. This collaboration will allow us to provide even greater value to property managers who use Guesty, helping them streamline their operations and reach a wider audience of potential guests.
“We are excited to support Smiling House’s growth under the leadership of Moriya and look forward to our exciting and fruitful future together,” she added.
