English is widely spoken in Dubai, and as all restaurant menus, road signs and other information is usually presented in both English and Arabic, visitors who speak English will have no trouble making their way around. Dubai has a warm, sunny climate that is ideal for tourism, with mild temperatures for most of the year and a low rainfall.

RESTAURANTS

There is not just one style of food in Dubai. Here you can get any style of food you desire. The main restaurants in the region take inspiration from Asian and Middle Eastern cuisine. That means that you can try everything from Indian to North Korean food in the area. When walking around, consider trying the local street food. The area is famous for its rich tastes and expensive lifestyle, and you’ll spend a small fortune if you eat in nice restaurants every single night. Street food is an inexpensive and tasty option, and many people who live in the area eat street food every day.

ACTIVITIES

There are so many things to see in do in Dubai. Here are a few that are a MUST. The Burj Khalifa - Standing 828 metres high, the Burj Khalifa is hard to miss. The world's tallest tower naturally dominates the Dubai skyline, but the true majesty of the building is best appreciated up close or, even better, from inside. The Dubai Mall - Right next to the Burj Khalifa is The Dubai Mall. To call the this development merely a shopping mall is a huge understatement. Even an entire day spent here isn't enough to see it all. With its 1,200-plus shops and 150 restaurants, there are plenty of things to do, and the venue is also home to an indoor theme park, an ice rink, a huge indoor waterfall, a choreographed outdoor fountain and the giant Dubai Aquarium and Underwater Zoo. Palm Jumeirah - A man made island in the shape of a palm tree, there's a reason why locals say 'only in Dubai.' Palm Jumeirah is one of the largest artificial islands in the world and a triumph of human ingenuity.
