We are always keeping abreast of the latest trends in the luxury holiday market. This way we can make sure that guests are able to find the right type of rental properties. This is why we have launched four new luxury holiday collections. There will surely be at least one collection where you can feature your properties.

The Sustainable Collection
Travel research is constantly showing that travelers are actively seeking out more sustainable places to stay. Guests want to support properties that are playing their part to be more environmentally efficient and reduce waste.
If your properties already feature sustainability initiatives (as so many luxury accommodations do), please do let us know the properties you would like to be considered for our Sustainable Collection.
We want to empower our property owners and managers to become more sustainable. There is a great new hub of resources for the short-term rental industry called EnviroRental. EnviroRental is totally free to property managers and hosts. You will be able to access a useful Sustainability Roadmap to guide you through the various sustainable actions you could take. You will also find case studies with owners of eco-friendly properties as well as webinars, blogs, and measurement tools. Create your account on the EnviroRental website now.
The Family Collection
Many Smiling House guests are multi-generational families who are looking for luxury home-from-home accommodation. They want to stay in exceptional properties where they can create precious family memories. They want space and comfort in a safe environment for children. Amenities and fun things for kids to do are expected and the adults also need to be considered! They may want laid-back relaxation or immersive adventures – our concierges can create the perfect activities.
The Pet-Friendly Collection
The increase in demand for pet-friendly places to stay has gone through the roof. Our four-legged friends really are part of the family and no owner wants to leave them behind. Think of dog baskets, bowls, and treats, maps for local walks, and dog food hampers.
The Events Collection
We’re not like other OTAs and we want to welcome guests who are looking for that special place for a celebration like a wedding or significant birthday. Of course, guests must respect the property and adhere to the host’s rules. Our collection of carefully curated luxury homes provides spectacular venues for that once-in-a-lifetime event. This collection is particularly suitable for properties that already have special licenses for events like weddings. This collection will also be available to event management and media production companies via our new Villa Tracker B2B software.
