The Villa was renovated in 2018 and decorated with personal taste and it is also bright and spacious, equipped with air-condition, free Wi-Fi, hot water, three double beds, sleeper sofas & good energy!
It is located in a quite area in the center of Koskinou village close to a mini market, small taverns and local people.
The main House
The main house has a living room with dining area, kitchen and 3 bedrooms with 3 bathrooms with shower. There are 3 double beds and one single bed available. In case there are necessary more beds- 1 more bed can be added. The house can accommodate maximum 8 persons.

The Kitchen looks really cozy and traditional, and has all the modern standards-including dishwasher machine, espresso machine, toaster etc.
Location
The house is located right in the heart of the traditional village of Koskinou.
Restaurants, mini markets, coffee shops and other shops are in walking distance while at the same time you enjoy absolute tranquility!
The inner patio
The inner patio is the perfect place for you to relax and enjoy a warm summer night. A large table, a hammock and a Barbeque will give the chance to enjoy your breakfast, dinner or a drink!
