We are delighted to offer this four-bedroom townhouse which is nestled in the historical streets quarter of Pollensa old town, only three minutes’ walk from the main square. This tastefully property has been lovingly reformed by the owners to a very high standard, using the best quality fixtures and fittings and taking great care in retaining some of the building's original features.

Entry in to the house is through wooden double doors in to the living room. The interior walls of the living area are white, and give a real contemporary affect to the room. There is a comfortable sofa, a large coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. The dining area is next to the living room, and has glass doors overlooking the lower terrace where the swimming pool is located. The pool is a fantastic option to refresh during the hot days of the summer, and next to it there are also a few sun loungers for you to relax. The open plan kitchen, situated next to the lounge and with views onto the terrace, is modern and complete with new modern appliances.

A staircase leads to the first floor. On this level there are two twin bedrooms and one double bedroom. The twin bedrooms share a full bathroom, while the double bedroom has an en suite bathroom with shower.

On the upper level there is another further bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a dressing room. All the rooms in the house benefit of fitted wardrobes and air-conditioning / heating units.

All in all, the villa is a stylish base in one of Mallorca’s most appealing towns, and is an excellent choice for anyone interested in a more authentically local base, whilst keeping the beach within easy reach. It is right in the heart of Pollensa, just 200 mts. to either the main square (with its fantastic Sunday market and with a large selection of bars, restaurants and shops), and the famous Calvary steps. We also recommend to take time to feel the atmosphere and the essence of the town by wandering the smaller back streets and discovering the clutch of small museums, churches and small restaurants and shops.

Please, note that the old streets are not the most welcoming to traffic. However, the villa has a no-parking area (yellow solid line), really helpful to place the car for loading and unloading purposes.

Since car hire is not essential, in case you prefer not to use the car, for days at the beach the local bus connects you to Puerto Pollença and Cala San Vicente (both just 7 Km. away). Taxis are also an option, and they are relatively plentiful.
