Luxurious stone villa with pool in Primosten is a perfect combination of the modern holiday house and traditional stone architecture, harmoniously blended with surrounding natural beauty and located only 300 meters from the beautiful pebble beach. Villa is spread over 1000 square meters plot, surrounded by greenery and completely private, tailored for the best villa vacation on Adriatic.

The Villa is divided into three floors, connected with an internal staircase. It offers four spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, equipped with LCD TV, air-conditioning, and featuring sea view. There is one additional bathroom in the villa and a sofa bed for two extra guests. The Villa can accommodate 8+2 guests.

The villa’s exterior is dominated by the large heated pool and the terrace, with a beautifully landscaped garden surrounding the villa. There is an entrance to the small spa area from the pool terrace consisting of a Jacuzzi, shower, and sitting area. The pool terrace offers a lot of space for relaxation or enjoying alfresco dining on the upper terrace, overlooking the shimmering sea.

The villa’s ground floor features a large and light living and dining area connected to the well-equipped kitchen with a small wine cellar. The living area offers a direct exit to the pool terrace and wonderful sea views through the large glass doors. One additional bathroom is on this floor as well.

The first floor comprises two double bedrooms, each with its own balcony and en-suite bathroom, one with shower and the other with bathtub. This floor also features a modern cinema room and a gym, perfect for indoor entertainment. There is an exit to the upper terrace with lounge furniture, an outdoor kitchen, a dining table for 10, and a barbecue area from this floor.

Two more double bedrooms with private bathrooms are set on the second floor of Villa Primosten Prestige. There is also a laundry room and a north-facing terrace with sitting furniture on this floor.

A private garage with 4 parking places is available for the guests.
