ACCOMODATION DETAILS

Villa on 3 levels. Entry is through a security gate down a long driveway to a carport. There is also access to a covered garage with parking for 6 vehicles. Entry through the main door of the house takes you to the reception area. There is access to the exterior pool from this area. To the right there is the living room with fireplace, dinning room and fully fitted kitchen with fireplace and breakfast area.  There is also a wine cellar and sitting and recreation area with fireplace, pool table and chess.  To the left of the entrance there are two bedrooms with bathroom en suite, dressing area and shared lounge. To the left is also a guest toilet and a wonderful cinema!

In the first floor to the left, you will find a cosy hall with kitchenette.

Basement & Semi-Basement to the right have another guest toilet, the laundry and machinery room, electrical room and Pantry room. There is also a garage for 3 cars. In the left wing is the game area, Gym with American bar, turkish bath, shower and toilet.
