There is a cable car 2 minutes walk from the house and the fabulous highly commended overground Metro is only 3 minutes walk away. In 3 minutes walk you can cross the iconic Dom Luis I bridge and gain access to the heart of the old city where you will find fabulous restaurants, cafes and shops.

Even a taxi only costs about 3-4€ to get into the center of town if you can't be bothered walking.
