In a dominant position on the bay of Puntaldia, the prestigious Villa enjoys a wonderful sea view, which ranges from the imposing profile of the island of Tavolara to the beach of La Cinta, in San Teodoro, and it’s located a few minutes from the most beautiful beaches of the coast, such as Lu Impostu and Cala Brandinchi.

A perfect destination for water sports lovers and golfers, Puntaldia is also equipped with a modern marina, a characteristic square with shops, bars and restaurants. The location, one of the most exclusive on the northeast coast of Sardinia, houses a renowned 9-hole Golf Club, located directly on the sea, and its beaches are bathed by the crystalline waters of the Tavolara / Coda Cavallo protected marine area.

The villa enjoys absolute privacy, the style is modern and minimalist, and it’s characterized by large windows and large totally enjoyable outdoor spaces, such as large covered terraces and a large internal courtyard, which gives the property impeccable perspectives, breathtaking views and remarkable games of light.

Villa consists of a representative living area, characterized by large spaces and entire vertical surfaces used as windows, which communicate both with the large outdoor terrace and with the internal courtyard.

The kitchen is modern, fully equipped and the dining area can accommodate up to 14 guests.

The sleeping area consists of a study, a master bedroom and three other bedrooms.

The master bedroom, which enjoys a beautiful sea view, houses a spacious walk-in closet and a large bathroom with shower and Jacuzzi. The other three bedrooms, one double and two with French bed (which can be replaced with double beds, if necessary), are very comfortable, featuring sea views (except one), en suite bathroom with shower and large built-in wardrobes.

The entire floor of the main house is in parquet, and the reference materials are wood and granite.

Downstairs there are a spacious lounge with fireplace and TV area, a laundry room, a second kitchen, a cellar and a bathroom with shower.

Crossing the external courtyard, you reach the annex with a bedroom with French bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower.

The garden is large, perfectly cared for and surrounds the whole villa, giving guests truly unique views. The private freshwater swimming pool, 15 meters long and 4.5 meters wide, is surrounded by a teak sunbathing area, equipped with comfortable deckchairs and two fat boys.
