Derived from an old furnace completely restored and adapted, but where bricks have been built since the early 1900s, the has remained original, at least in its structure, so much so that it still retains heavy wooden beams on the ceilings, large stones at the walls and bricks on the floors.
Buried behind the main structure is still the ancient brick-firing chamber, with which the Villa was built, which received directly from the clay hill above, using a slide with running water, the bricks to be cooked already prepared for hand from the laborers. The characteristic structure with three external roofs has also remained the same despite demonstrating a progressive increase, over time, of the family unit that lived there in the early 1900s and the consequent expansion of the building based on the family’s economic possibilities.
The dwelling consists of a main building, which can accommodate up to 10 people, and a small annex, which can accommodate up to 2 people in a very intimate and romantic atmosphere. Outside the structure there is also a splendid swimming pool with adjoining solarium, a barbecue area, a parking area and other areas to spend moments of conviviality. Hills, woods and meadows will be the backdrop to your stay.
