Especially when compared to bedroom 4 with its massive bed and in-room soaking tub! Bedrooms 5 and 6 both have queen beds, their own en-suite bathrooms, flat-screen TVs and front balcony access. Bedroom 7 is massive with king size bed and direct access to the main balcony area where you’ll find sun loungers and beautiful views of the conservancy area behind the home!   Beautiful bedroom 8 has a king-sized bed and an en-suite that is tiled and designed beautifully for convenience and comfort.

Newly designed and decorated bedroom 9 has A Under The Sea Theme.  Little mermaid and Squirt from Finding Nemo, and Sponge Bob Square Pants and The Krusty Krab murals decorate this bedroom.  The bunk beds are twin sized and sleep four, and this bedroom has it’s own themed en-suite bathroom.  Bedroom 10 is London Themed and has two twin sets of bunk beds, too.  Mary Poppins and Big Ben are there with a real Red phone booth with the old authentic phone that is included.  In the en-suite bathroom, Paddington is hiding keeping the London decor flowing all the way into the en-suite bathroom.

Up to the stairs, you’ll find a fully equipped newly designed loft with gorgeous fully equipped bar.  This room includes a poker table in its own nook, a grand red-felt pool table, an arcade style gaming console and a Wii!  Newly decorated and furnished seating sectional couches and the bar is spectacular, too.  Access to the balcony where there are seating areas, lounge sun chairs, and game tables like ping pong and foosball tables overlooking the pool deck and view. Then you have a newly equipped gym for your convenience. It has a steam room, too. The treadmill elliptical and free weights along with all the exercise toys are there for you to enjoy your workout while you maintain your health on your vacation extraordinaire.

The pool in this home is spectacular, with an infinity edge design and an adjacent 12 person in ground spa.  This whole area is enclosed, letting the maximum amount of Florida sun in, while keeping out the insects. There are even dancing fountains! The pool deck is flanked by a massive Lanai area. One wing of this shady space is a fully equipped summer kitchen complete with gas grill and sinks and a fully equipped bar.   The other wing is an outdoor living area has a fireplace, couches and a flatscreen TV.   Now you have a new cabana and now a huge ground chess set, too.  There is a pool table on deck as well as one in the loft. Night lighting is perfect making this home the entertaining spaces indoor and outside spectacular.
