The Space

Inside, guests will find two spacious lounges, a cosy snug, and a fully equipped kitchen with scenic views, along with an additional prep kitchen on the lower floor. The interiors reflect a tasteful balance of rustic features and modern finishes, while amenities such as air conditioning, central heating, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, and a sound system ensure a comfortable stay. Outdoors, the large landscaped garden offers multiple relaxation spots, including shaded terraces, a poolside daybed, and an alfresco dining area overlooking the private swimming pool and surrounding mountains.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property, including all indoor living spaces, outdoor terraces, gardens, and the private swimming pool. Parking and gated entry are also available for convenience and privacy.
The Neighborhood
Located in a quiet countryside setting just 5 to 10 minutes from Port de Sóller, the area offers a peaceful atmosphere with easy access to nearby beaches, restaurants, shops, and the town center. The surrounding region is known for its scenic mountain views and natural beauty, making it ideal for relaxation and exploration. Nearby attractions include the historic train to Sóller, House of Son Amar, and various recreational venues.
Getting Around
A car is recommended to fully enjoy the area and access nearby amenities and attractions. The beach, restaurants, and shops are all within a short drive, while the airport is approximately 40 minutes away. Travel times may vary depending on traffic and seasonal conditions.
Other Things to Note
End-of-stay cleaning is charged at €300, with an additional €500 fee required after events or weddings. Events are permitted with a fee of €50 per adult, with a maximum of 90 guests, and a €1,000 damage deposit applies for such occasions. A tourist tax is payable upon check-in. Housekeeping is included, with schedules varying by season. Check-in is from 16:00 and check-out is at 10:00. A €500 security deposit is required. Some nearby establishments may operate seasonally, so it is advisable to confirm availability in advance.
