Surrounded by landscaped parkland and offering spectacular sunset views, the property spans approximately 1,200 m² across multiple structures designed to provide comfort, independence, and refined lakefront living. With a private dock, freshwater swimming pool, jacuzzi, and panoramic terraces, the residence offers a secluded retreat while remaining within easy reach of Torno and the center of Como.

The Space

The estate accommodates up to 16 adults and several children across a main villa, a fully independent boat house, and a separate fitness structure. The main residence extends across 950 m². On the ground floor, an expansive living area with floor-to-ceiling windows opens toward the lake and includes a dining table for sixteen, a TV den, and a contemporary guest kitchen. A natural archway carved through the cliff rock connects the dining area directly to the kitchen. The first floor is dedicated to sleeping quarters, featuring two master suites with walk-in closets and fireplaces alongside three additional suites with views of the lake or village. The attic level offers two further suites, including one double bedroom with arched lake-facing windows and a twin bedroom positioned next to a children’s playroom. Positioned directly at the water’s edge, the 200 m² boat house provides an independent guest experience. Its first floor contains a full apartment with a kitchen, living area equipped with a cinema projector, a bathroom with shower, and a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. An open attic level accessible via a spiral staircase includes two single beds for children. The lower level serves as an entertainment space with billiards, ping-pong, television, a bathroom, and internal stairs leading into the lake. Adjacent to the main villa, a separate 30 m² structure houses a Technogym fitness area, a bathroom with shower, and an art room overlooking the water. The private park features manicured lawns, statues, terracotta arches, and a natural waterfall cascading beneath a bridge into the lake. A freshwater swimming pool includes a shallow lounge area and a counter-current unit for lap swimming. Nearby, a large terrace forms the social heart of the property with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, and pizza oven. A jacuzzi overlooking the water offers an additional space for relaxation, while the private jetty provides direct lake access for boat arrivals and swimming.

Guest Access

Guests enjoy exclusive access to the entire estate, including the park, pool, jacuzzi, gym, spa area with sauna and steam room, games room, terraces, private jetty, and lake entry.

Outdoor parking, a garage for four cars, and two EV chargers are available.

A hidden passageway connects the property directly to the village of Torno.

The Neighborhood

Located on the eastern shore of Lake Como with a desirable south-west orientation, the estate is within walking distance of the village of Torno, where bars, restaurants, and a gelateria surround the main square. The center of Como is approximately a ten-minute drive, while Bellagio can be reached in about thirty minutes.

Getting Around

The villa is easily accessible despite its secluded setting. Steps are required to reach the entrance, and an exterior freight elevator connects the parking level to the main residence. The central lake location allows convenient exploration of surrounding towns.

Other Things to Note

Included services feature concierge assistance, chef service for breakfast and lunch (excluding food and beverages), utilities, air conditioning, heating, security system, daily housekeeping, mid-week linen changes, Wi-Fi, smart TVs, projector, portable sound system, safes in each bedroom, luxury bathroom amenities, baby bed and high chair, games room, gym, spa area, heated swimming pool (heated up to 28°C from June to September), jacuzzi (heated up to 38°C from June to September), outdoor kitchen, and garage parking.

A welcome hamper is provided upon arrival.

A refundable security deposit of 5,000 euros is required. Tourist tax may apply.

Chef service for dinner, additional catering, pre-stocking, extra cleaning, personal training, massage, guided tours, boat and bike rentals, and other services are available upon prior request. External service providers must be pre-authorized by the owner.

The swimming pool is open from April to October and heated from May to September. Heating outside this period is available at an additional cost upon request.

Pets, weddings, and events are permitted only with prior approval and may incur a surcharge.

The property includes a staff room that can accommodate two helpers or nannies. An independent kitchen and laundry room are located within the staff area.

Custodians reside in the gatehouse at the entrance and respect guest privacy while remaining available for assistance.

Due to multiple terraced levels and outdoor staircases, caution is advised, particularly with children and near fenced edges.

Guests are required to sign a tourist rental contract with the agency prior to arrival.
