This is a spacious multi-level villa located in the traditional Cretan village of Embrosneros, in the Apokoronas region of Chania, Crete. The Space

The villa is arranged across multiple levels and offers generous indoor and outdoor living areas. The ground floor features a bright living area with a comfortable sofa and a 55-inch Smart Satellite TV. This space connects seamlessly to a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances. A second kitchen on this level includes a traditional wood oven and a washing and drying machine. Also located on the ground floor is a bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and a sofa bed, along with an ensuite bathroom with a shower. A communal bathroom with a shower is also available on this level. The first floor includes two spacious bedrooms, both furnished with queen-size beds, air conditioning, ensuite bathrooms with showers, and 43-inch Smart TVs. One of these bedrooms includes a sofa bed and opens onto a balcony with a sitting area, while the other features a private balcony with a dining area suitable for six guests. A separate bedroom is located on an independent level next to the pool. This bedroom is furnished with a queen-size bed, air conditioning, a 43-inch Smart TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower, offering additional privacy.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa and all private indoor and outdoor areas. This includes all bedrooms, living spaces, kitchens, bathrooms, balconies, the private swimming pool, outdoor dining and lounge areas, and barbecue facilities.

The Neighborhood

The villa is situated in the heart of the traditional village of Embrosneros, within the Apokoronas area of Chania. The surroundings reflect authentic Cretan village life, offering a peaceful atmosphere combined with everyday convenience. Local tavernas, a bakery, and a mini market are all within walking distance, allowing guests to experience local hospitality and traditional cuisine made with fresh ingredients.

Getting Around

Chania Town is located 38 km from the property, while Rethymno Town is 35 km away. The village of Vrysses is 4.8 km away and provides additional facilities. Georgioupolis Beach is located 12 km from the villa. A minimarket is 5 km away, while a tavern and bakery are both located approximately 270 metres from the property. Gas stations and pharmacies are available in Vrysses at a distance of 4.8 km. Chania Airport is 44 km away, and Heraklion Airport is 114 km away. Chania (Souda) Port is located 29 km from the property, while Heraklion Port is 114 km away.

Other Things to Note

From 2024, in accordance with article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), a Climate Crisis Resilience Fee applies. The fee is €15 per night per villa from April to October and €4 per night per villa from November to March. This fee is payable in cash upon arrival.
The swimming pool can be heated from March until the end of June and from September until the end of November upon request and free of charge, using a pool heat pump that maintains a temperature of approximately 26–27°C, depending on weather conditions. A minimum of three days’ advance notice is required. During July and August, pool heating is available upon request at an additional cost, payable in cash upon arrival, with the same advance notice required.

Cleaning:
For reservations of 5 to 7 days, we provide one cleaning service with a
change of linens and bath towels, and for stays longer than 7 days, we
offer one cleaning service and a change of linens and bath towels every
4 days.

Heated Pool Policy
The swimming pool of Nicole Villa can be heated from March till the end of June and from September till the end of November, upon request, free of charge by a Pool Heat Pump at about 26 - 27°C, depending
on weather conditions. We request three days' advance notice for this facility. Moreover, for the months of July and August, the pool can be heated upon request at an additional cost of 50€ per day. We also
request three days' advance notice for this facility, and the cost shall be paid in cash upon arrival.
