The Space
The property accommodates 16 to 34 guests across 13 bedrooms, offering a mix of king bedrooms, double bedrooms, family suites, and a separate three-bedroom apartment. Six bedrooms in the main house include en-suite bathrooms, while additional rooms share well-designed bathrooms. Grand interiors feature vintage wallpaper replicas, four-poster beds, fresco-decorated rooms, antique marble fireplaces, natural stone walls, and traditional wooden beams. Communal spaces include the salon, an indoor dining room for over 30 guests, multiple outdoor dining settings, and two fully equipped kitchens. The private outdoor cinema, billiard room, expansive gardens, terrace, and 20 x 5-meter pool create endless opportunities for relaxation and entertainment without leaving the grounds.
Guest Access
Guests have full access to the entire property including the main residence, the separate apartment, the swimming pool, billiard room, outdoor cinema, gardens, terraces, kitchens, indoor and outdoor dining areas, and all communal rooms. The pool is cleaned daily by the caretaker, and access to the wood-fire pizza oven, DVD collection, Netflix, and HD beamer is fully available.

The property is located in a rural area best explored by car. Roads connect easily to nearby villages, vineyards, restaurants, outdoor activity areas, and supermarkets. Parking is available on the private grounds.
Other Things to Note
Fresh produce grown by the caretakers may be available seasonally, including courgettes, tomatoes, pumpkins, and herbs. Guests can purchase what is ready for harvest. The wood-fire pizza oven requires preparation around three hours before use, and the caretakers can provide guidance. Some bedrooms in the separate apartment are accessible only by stairs and may be unsuitable for elderly guests. Pool towels are provided for all guests.
