The villa spans across five well-appointed bedrooms, all with en-suite bathrooms and air conditioning. A separate guest casita enhances privacy and flexibility. The interiors are elegantly designed, with spacious lounges, a cozy TV room, and a dedicated office featuring a sea-view terrace. A chef’s kitchen, complete with a wine cooler and high-end appliances, makes this property ideal for entertaining. Outside, guests can relax in the saltwater infinity pool or dine alfresco under the covered outdoor kitchen and BBQ area. The expansive garden includes a children’s play area and chill-out zones. For the active guest, the property features a professional floodlit padel court, football pitch, and basketball facilities. A private path leads to a traditional fishing hut and boat docking point, ideal for sea swims or coastal exploration.

Guest Access

Guests have exclusive access to the entire property, including the main house, casita, saltwater pool, sports facilities, and direct sea access point. Housekeeping is included for 8 hours per day, 6 days per week. Gardening, pool maintenance, and general upkeep are also handled during this time, ensuring a seamless stay.

The Neighborhood

Located in the sought-after Porroig area of Ibiza, the villa enjoys a tranquil coastal setting while still being just 20 minutes from the island’s vibrant town centre. The neighborhood is known for its exclusivity, natural beauty, and access to picturesque coves and upscale beach clubs.

Getting Around

Car rental is recommended to explore the surrounding areas with ease. The villa offers on-site parking and private gates for security and convenience.

Other Things to Note

A minimum stay of 7 nights is required. A refundable security deposit of €15,000 is applicable. Check-in begins at 16:00 and check-out is by 10:00. The property does not allow smoking or wheelchair access. Children are welcome. Events, weddings, and retreats may be hosted with prior approval. Pets are not explicitly listed, so please inquire.

Housekeeping is provided for 8 hours daily, six days a week, and includes pool cleaning, gardening, and general maintenance. Additional services such as high-end catering or boat charters can be arranged on request.
