The Space
The villa spans 150 square meters and includes three spacious bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. The ground floor features an open-plan living and dining area with views of the private swimming pool and the sea. A fireplace adds a cozy touch to the living space. The well-equipped kitchen with a spacious island is perfect for those who enjoy cooking. Adjacent to the living room is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a private entrance. The upper floor has two additional bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms—one with a double bed and the other with twin beds. Both bedrooms have access to a balcony offering stunning sea views. The entire villa is air-conditioned and features ceiling fans for those who prefer eco-friendly cooling.
Guest Access
Guests have access to the entire villa, including the private swimming pool, outdoor dining area, sunbeds, and a small chapel named after St. Irene. All indoor living spaces are also available for use, providing a comfortable and luxurious experience throughout the stay.
The Neighborhood
The villa is situated in a peaceful area, offering both seclusion and convenience. Spartochori and Spilia port are nearby, making it easy to access local amenities and explore the surrounding areas. The semi-private beach is within walking distance, providing a serene spot for relaxation.
Getting Around
The villa is located 3.6 kilometers from the nearest medical center in Katomeri. The closest airport is Aktion or Preveza, 46 kilometers away, and the nearest port is Spilia, just 1.3 kilometers from the villa. Supplies are readily available in Spartochori or Spilia, both around 1.2 kilometers away. Nylec Beach is only 150 meters from the property, offering quick and easy access to the sea.
Other Things to Note
The villa is ideal for up to 6 adults but can accommodate up to 8 guests if two children are included. Linen is changed twice per week, and local assistance is available 24/7. A house guide and arrival orientation will be provided before the stay. Events are allowed with prior arrangement, and pets are welcome upon request. Check-in is from 15:00, and check-out is by 10:00.
