The Villa extends along an area of 8 hectares on Mount Serrone, in the municipality of Pedaso.
Surrounded by nature, from all points of view of its structure you can admire the wonderful Adriatic Sea.

The Villa rises on a green hill near Pedaso, a small pearl of the Adriatic in the province of Fermo, close to famous cities of art such as Loreto, Recanati and Ascoli Piceno; a territory of Le Marche rich in history and culture with medieval villages among the most beautiful in Italy.
