The property is situated just off Route des Plages and is convenient for access both to St Tropez and to the beaches at Pampelonne.  It is within walking distance to the sandy beach at La Bouillabaisse, and to several beach bars.

First Floor: Master bedroom (160 m bed) with en suite bathroom. Double bedroom (140 cm) with shower room across the corridor. Separate WC.

Staff:

- Maid service 3 hours per day, 4 days per week, to be paid locally (€17 per hour)
- Additional maid service on request.
