With three bedrooms - ALL EN-SUITE - AND ALL with air-conditioning, which can be conveniently set up as 2 'doubles' and a twin OR 6 single beds - the villa has its own private pool AND a private gate directly onto the beach! The Lounge is very comfortable and spacious for 6 guests and there is a separate dining area.

The kitchen is also a good size and there is a built in BBQ in the garden for those who like to enjoy a char-grilled meal alfresco. Next to the house only 30 seconds by foot are a selection of good restaurants, cafes and bars. There's plenty for kids to do as well. All the pictures you see of the beach are genuinely taken from the house.

This is the Algarve - It is very popular with guests from Northern Europe etc. It is also very popular with the Portuguese People especially in July and August. This means it's very busy. That means lots of holiday makers having fun and lots of local entertainment. If you are looking for a quiet 'sanctuary retreat' on the beach we recommend the following

• Book my other beachfront villa which is on my profile and is in a very quiet cul de sac
• Visit in the months outside of July/August when it less busy and becomes very quiet and tranquil
• choose another destination more inland and with less local activities.
