It is all about the amazing view from the hillside above Gustavia - the capital of St. Barts. Looking down into the charming harbor area and giving uninterrupted views of the seas beyond, this villa really does give one of the most impressive vantage points in the island.

However, it also earns its name through the amazing design and decor of the entire space. Using an L-shaped layout, the villa keeps the large and opulent bedrooms separate from the shared living spaces. There are three large bedrooms and each features a large and luxurious en suite bathroom and high end electronics.

The shared living spaces are all showstoppers and feature the gourmet kitchen in its fun and bold red palette. There is also the enormous living room area that features several different areas to gather together and relax. This space is also where the formal dining area is found, but all of the shared spaces lead out directly to the heart of the villa - its impressive patio and pool area.
Unlike any others, this pool is done in black tile and is incorporated into the stepped patio to create a truly unique element. There is a lower sundeck adjoining the pool, and also other lounging areas. The covered areas of the terrace are also meant for relaxation and lounging, and a visitor can easily find plenty of spaces for privacy or friendly gatherings.

If you want to visit the shops and restaurants that are the hallmarks of Gustavia, you can reach town in minutes, and the lovely Shell Beach is a casual walk away.
