The city is continuing to expand, with many new residential and commercial projects in various stages of development. Much of the new construction is taking place in the neighborhoods of Ir Yamim, Nof Ha’Tayelet (also known by Netanya’s Anglos as South Beach), and Agamim. Kiryat Hasharon, located on the city’s eastern end, offers proximity to the major highways and the Netanya train station.
