The Villa is situated a few kilometers from Città di Castello, a small town in the Region of Umbria, Province of Perugia within an organic farm estate.  Such fascinating places of the area like Orvieto, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio, Todi, Cortona, Spoleto and Lake Trasimeno are easy to reach.

This beautiful property offers place for up to 6 persons. The property consists of two buildings, which are a few steps distant from each other and also rented out seperately.

The owners of the estate, who live in an adjacent country house, grow officinal plants for the production of essential oils, and 3 hectares of land overlooking the houses are completely planted with lavender.

Villa offers place for up to 6 persons and is divided as following:

- On the ground floor there is a living room with open fireplace and large panoramic window, a good equipped kitchen with dining area and direct access to the veranda.

- On the first floor there are two bedrooms with double beds, one with en-suite bathroom with shower as well as a common bathroom with bathtub.

- On the second floor there is a smaller bedroom with a double bed.
