Picture a house surrounded by unspoilt nature near one of the most beautiful beaches of Western Sicily. Tropical Villa is that house.

The property is on the West coast of the island and accommodates up to 8 guests. This is one of our most popular villas with pool near the beach mostly thanks to its perfect location, but also to its features.

The landscape is indeed the first thing to catch your eye: the view from every point of the villa is breath-taking at any time of the day. The estate is located near the Mt. Cofano Nature Reserve, right between the mountains and the sea, and this is exactly what makes it so unique. Looking outside you will see the enchanting stretch of coast between the town of Cornino and the reserve on one side, and the beautiful Mt. Cofano at your back.

You can enjoy the view from every part of the garden, but the perfect spot is the solarium. The outdoor area features indeed a beautiful private pool with a solarium furnished with sun loungers, where you can soak up the sun or enjoy a fresh Sicilian style aperitivo watching the astonishing sunset on the Mediterranean. The pool and the solarium though are not the only things that you will find outside.

The house is built on two levels. On the ground floor you will find the living area that includes the living room, featuring a nice fireplace and a dining area, and then the kitchen and the first bathroom. You will find the bedrooms on the lower floor: there are 3 doubles all with regular windows; one of them includes a spare bed and another a convertible pouf (they can come in handy also if you are traveling with kids). On this floor you will find the second bathroom. The whole sleeping area is provided with air conditioning system – A/C in the hallway.
