The Villa is a spacious, very private and tastefully decorated 5 bedroom, 5,5 bathroom contemporary style villa, perched on the top of Lurin, offering panoramic views over the ocean, Gustavia harbour, St Jean’s bay, the islands of St Maarten, Anguilla, Saba and breathtaking sunsets!

In short drive to the island most renowned beaches : Gouverneur, Saline, St Jean…, shopping in Gustavia and restaurants. The main floor features the spacious living, dining, heated swimming pool and sun deck, as well as 3 king bedded rooms with their en suite bathrooms. The 4th bedroom is located on the lower lever and the 5th bedroom is in a private and independent bungalow with its on living and dining areas and a kitchenette.

Fully equipped ocean view Gourmet kitchen, equipped with electric oven, gas stove and large griddle pan, fridge and freezer with ice maker, microwave, dishwasher, wine cellar, toaster, blender, electric kettle. Gas BBQ outside.

LIVING / DINING

Spacious inside living with 3 sofas, opening widely onto the pool terrace and deck, with the panoramic view on the ocean and sunset. Ceiling fan, large flat screen television with Canal Satellite and Dish Network, DVD player, WIFI, surround sound system for the living, dining and swimming pool area. Dining on the covered terrace, in between the living and the pool deck, furnished with a large rectangular recycled vitrified wood table designed by JP FREY, for 10-12 guests. Ajoupa by the pool with gas BBQ, bar and sink, table for 6 guests.

SWIMMING POOL

Large heated swimming pool, with stairs and inside bench (perfect to enjoy a cocktail while gazing at the view and the sunset), about 5m x 10m and 1,65m deep. LED light system. Spacious deck around with 8 lounge chairs and a large hammock.

FITNESS ROOM – LOWER FLOOR

Air conditioned fitness room (ceiling about 2m height) equipped with treadmill, elliptic, power plate, fitness bench and multi-training machine, weights, mats, punch bag.
