The Villa is close to all amenities. It offers an ideal geographical area being only a few minutes drive from Gustavia. The Villa on the hillside features a stone surrounding wall and a wooden gate that emphasizes a beautiful atmosphere of refuge.

The main room can be opened to enjoy the natural breezes, or closed and air-conditioned. In terms of furnishings, the air-conditioned living room consists of a white sofa with white and beige cushions and then a grey sofa, an elegant table and a flat screen high definition television with American satellite. The modern, air-conditioned kitchen communicates with the living room. It is equipped with a breakfast bar with three stools, high quality materials and utensils for preparing good food.

The Villa has five bedrooms. Two bedrooms are right next to the living room. The first is a children's bedroom with two twin beds that can be brought together to make a king size bed, but has no view. The second bedroom has an ocean view and has a king size bed. The third bedroom is accessible either from the parking lot or from the terrace and is located on the other side of the house. This room has a king size bed and offers an ocean view. There are two rooms on the lower level. The first of these rooms is located just below the main level, but has no view and has a king size bed. The second is the master bedroom, which is located on the other side, under the infinity pool. This room has a beautiful ocean view, a king size bed and a terrace with the heated jacuzzi and two stools. All rooms are equipped with closets, bathrooms with showers, American satellite TV and Netflix access.

The spacious deck with the large heated infinity pool provides a great place to watch the yachts outside Gustavia harbour and Shell beach and enjoy beautiful sunsets. The deck offers space, sun loungers for sun lovers, as well as a covered area with seating and dining area. At the back, an outdoor lounge with a television is ideal for watching a game or a movie under the stars with family or group. A heated Jacuzzi is located outside the master bedroom on the lower deck.

The Villa has a gas barbecue and WIFI.
