SHINING IVORY CHALET IN COURCHEVEL is a beautiful newly constructed luxury ski chalet of 270 sq metres, situated in the heart of Courchevel Le Praz 1300. Le Praz is a charming French Alpine village filled with authentic traditional wooden chalets and winding lanes, it is easily accessible throughout the winter months but attracts plenty of snow to keep even the keenest snow-sports enthusiast satisfied. The village is well known for its fantastic local restaurants and bars, including the exclusive Bistrot Le Praz, La Table des mon Grand Pere, and the one Michelin starred L’Azimut restaurants. Off the piste there are a variety of other activities around the lake for all the family to enjoy including horse riding and paragliding, as well as the annual fireworks festival. Across from the lake is the rapid Le Praz telecabine, which takes you direct to Courchevel 1850 within five minutes.
This delightful chalet sleeps 10 people in its spacious accommodation arranged over four floors. From the outside the traditional exterior of the chalet belies its modern interior and facilities, which combine warm wood finishes with modern fabrics and furnishings alongside state of the art lighting and amenities.
The lower ground floor is dedicated to a spa and wellness facility, that include a swimming pool with jet stream, hammam, and a massage room. There is also a home cinema area featuring a Sonos sound system for when you want to take a break from relaxing in the spa! The main entertainment area is situated on the first floor, and offers three terrace balconies, a snug, spacious lounge with a log fireplace, and a dining area with an open plan kitchen. The upper three bedrooms feature their own private balconies and all five bedrooms have their own en suite bathrooms. On the ground floor there is a dedicated parking space and a ski room off the lobby entrance of the chalet.
