SEA VILLA IN THE WEST COAST OF ALEOMANDRA PENINSULA

Layout: The main villa building is situated on the plot's highest point and is surrounded by generous gardens and mature trees. The living room, dining area and kitchen are situated on the ground floor, together with the master bedroom. These are organised around the main courtyard, which also functions as an outdoor home cinema. There are two more bedrooms on the upper floor, and one bedroom on the lower floor together with a playroom and gym area. The guest house is independent and has an open-plan layout with two double beds. A zig-zag path leads down to a wide pavilion with a lounge area, the statement double pool with a shallow mirror pond, a sculptural stone table and a small cabane. From here, guests can simply descend directly to the shore, a very rare feature for Mykonian villas.

Location: The peninsula of Aleomandra is close to the area known as Agios Ioannis Diakoftis. The location offers extreme privacy plus some of the most enviable sunsets on Mykonos. This peninsula is the closest land point to the sacred island of Delos, and has picturesque views to this and other nearby Cycladic islands. The villa is conveniently close to the cosmopolitan Ornos bay, which has several options for swimming, dining, kitesurfing and boat rentals. Mykonos town with its traditional alleys and countless entertainment options is just 10' away by car.
