This beautiful 300 year old house in located in the small sunny town La Punt Chamues-ch. Only 15 minutes away from St.Moritz and it's ski resort and 5 kilometers from the private airport in Samedan. Many activities are offered, cross-country ski trails, nordic walking tours, snowshoe and ski tour routes. This luxurious Chalet is one of many richly adorned and grand patrician houses from the 16th and 17th century in La Punt Chamues-ch. Walking through the front door into the welcoming entrance hall one gets a glimpse of a relaxation and dining area. The lounge as well as all the other rooms are offers furnishings and fabrics in warm earthy colors.
The kitchen is a beautiful mix of the original Engadiner Stübli and all the modern amenities. In total five bedrooms offer space for twelve guests. The first floor offers the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom, an original Engadin double bedroom, which has been adapted to modern standards, as well as a third bedroom with two bunkbeds, that sleeps four children.
There is a separate bathroom for these two bedrooms. Another two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms are located on the ground floor. On the lowest level of the Chalet there is a wellness, ski-room, wine cellar, home cinema and laundry room spread over 250 square meters. After skiing or hiking one can enjoy the Sainte Claire sauna, hammam and shower or be entertained by the high end home cinema.
