The Mansion opened in October 2018, as Scotland’s first Design Led Exclusive Use venue. Featured in leading UK and EU design and architectural publications such as – Elle Decoration in the UK, Cote Maison in France, NYarum in Sweden and Residence NL in the Netherlands, all helps to build an independent view of the Mansion.

Situated on a private 5.5 acre Estate overlooking the lovely Highland town of Aberfeldy. The Mansion is positioned at the high end of the market, with superb accommodation, fabulous food and outstanding service levels.

Accommodation: A sophisticated style mansion that boasts the luxury proportions of a country house and the love of being an original Scottish Villa. This is your private-hire designer refuge that accommodates up to 18 guests in 9 bedrooms all with en suite bathrooms, free standing baths in two of the bedrooms and one bathroom with its own steam room. Superior Egyptian cotton bedlinen, towels and bathrobes from Harper London.

This mansion has an abundance of space in which to enjoy with the open plan Drawing Room and Dining Room with stunning views. A second lounge and TV room in which to relax the hours away. The kitchen has been especially designed around catering where your Chef shall create some wonderful and authentic delights of local produce.

Catering: Fully catered by Ballintaggart Farm, locally sourced seasonal produce, served with real passion, all tailored to guests’ requirements. Ballintaggart have just made the Michelin Guide for 2020, their food and service is outstanding.

Entertainment and Activities: A must is to relax in the wood fired natural cedar Hot Tub nestled in the woods beside the house – its large enough for 10-12 guests – imported from Finland. For the little ones in the group we have a wonderful play den in the House, with a great mix of books and toys.

Enjoy our Cinema room with Bose surround sound and in the evening sit round the fire pit on the terrace and lovely outside seating and throws. Bose surround sound music system in the lounge, connected wirelessly to Spotify.

The Mansion is within a short walking distance (600m) into Aberfeldy, where guests will find lovely bookshops, coffee shops, restaurants, interior shops. Amazing walks directly from the house – including the Birks of Aberfeldy.

We work with many wonderful local suppliers to create bespoke experiences for our guests with the likes of Dewars of Aberfeldy, The Scottish Crannog Experience, Highland Experiences and many more. We create a full and fun packed itinerary to ensure you sample some of the best our area of Scotland has to offer.

Services included with the House are a Private Chef, Butler/House Manager and Daily Housekeeping.
