HOUSE RULES

  • Key: We shoot our guests the key code.
  • Pets are not allowed.
  • There is a strict smoking ban throughout the apartment.
  • Respect the night sleep of your neighbors. From 22.00 clock is general night's sleep/ The neighbors are grateful to you for keeping your night's sleep.
  • The renter agrees to use the rental property with care, to comply with the house rules and to take care of residents and inventory. In case of damage, the landlord is to inform immediately. The rental property that may be occupied at the most with the number of persons listed in the contract. Sub-rent is not allowed.
  • The apartment is on time and in good condition, including any inventory, surrender. For damages and missing inventory the tenant is liable for compensation.
  • The bed linen is provided by the landlord. All beds are upon arrival should be occupied by the tenant and moved out on departure.
  • Bath towels / kitchen towels - Will be provided by the landlord.
  • Every object has its place: Home furnishings may not be taken outdoors. Damaged items are to be reported to the landlord and will be charged.
  • Kitchen: to clean the hob, the provided cleaning / rinsing agent may be used.
  • Dishes and pans must be cleaned clean when leaving the apartment.
  • The rubbish must be packed in the rubbish bags. In the yard is dumpster. Pet bottles, glass bottles and cardboard are to be disposed in the designated boxes on the terrace.
  • The apartment is to leave properly on departure. No food should be left in the cupboards or in the refrigerator.
