Modern villa with pool and Jacuzzi in Podstrana is a brand new holiday home perfect for 10 guests in a vicinity of Split town. Just a short drive to the center of Split and only few minutes walking to the beach, this villa is an amazing starting point to explore the beautiful towns of Central Dalmatia and privately enjoy the Mediterranean surroundings in a contemporary estate.

The villa spreads on 300 square meters of indoor space and 150 square meters of outdoor area and can accommodate 10 guests. On three floors, there are five double en suite bedrooms, two kitchens, two spacious living areas with flat screen TV, swimming pool with outdoor dinning and barbecue, sauna and a Jacuzzi with a magnificent view on top floor.

Upon entrance to this alluring house, on the ground floor there is a private covered parking for the guests and a room with sauna and shower. From here you can go up on the first floor using the inner staircase or an elevator that goes to all floors which is suitable for elderly or disabled guests.

The villa will most definitely fill all your senses with enchanting energy and provide a relaxing vacation in a modern and luxury environment just outside Diocletian’s town of Split.

The first floor opens to a stylish, fully equipped kitchen in a lovely combination of black and wooden elements. A spacious living area with large sofa, TV and wide glass doors and windows offers direct view to the pool terrace and the garden. From this area you can exit to the terrace with beautiful pool and an al fresco dinning space with barbecue where you can spend your days enjoying the traditional Dalmatian food or refresh in the pool during the hot summer afternoons. Cosy sunbeds around the pool and an outdoor shower guarantee maximum comfort. This floor features one guest toilet.

Up on the second floor there are four trendy double bedrooms with en suite bathrooms and TV’s. Each room is air-conditioned. One of the bedrooms has a balcony with a lovely view to the olive trees behind the house.

The most beautiful view is definitely from the top floor terrace with Jacuzzi. This floor features fifth double bedroom with en suite bathroom, a small elegant kitchen and a living room exiting to a wonderful terrace with Jacuzzi. From here you can enjoy complete privacy and the view to the glowing lights of the town and the sea in the evening.
