This villa is located at Monte Mayor in Sierra Blanca, a high luxury residential & private area within walking distance to Marbella and the beach. This Private urbanisation sits on the border between Marbella town and the beauty of Marbella Hills. Entering the urbanisation you sense that this is a very exclusive area, with a wide impeccably kept streets, that lead to some of the most exuberant villas that Marbella has to offer, such as this magnificent villa.

The Villa is located right next to Clinica Buchinger, the world’s leading clinic for therapeutic fasting, integrative medicine and holistic rejuvenation.

The villa has 5 bedrooms, 3 is located on the first floor, 1 bedrooms on the ground floor and a apartment on the basement. All bedrooms have cozy brand new king or queen-size beds, bathrooms in suite and open terraces with stunning sea views.

The living room is open and comfortable, but modern furnished; cozy lighting and different seating areas. The dining room is separated from the living room and has a dining table that seats 8-10 people inside, and another 8-10 outside with a modern BBQ.

The kitchen has island and It is connected with the dining room where one can either have a small meal or gather to cook together. There is a separate office on the ground floor with printer, perfect for the ones who needs to combine work and vacation. The whole villa has internet connection, Apple TV and Music System.
