The first floor consists of 2 bedrooms and a large living area.
Royal 5 bedroom is accessed through a spiral staircase and has direct access to a balcony with a beautiful, panoramic view of the sea.
Royal 6 bedroom is a master suite, and it is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed, a terrace, and a separate living room. There is a large en-suite bathroom in this room, with a bathtub and a shower.
The living room on this floor comprises a spacious, 120 square meters living and dining area with a sea view terrace and separate entrance. It consists of a fully equipped kitchen with a massive wooden dining table for 12 persons, an entertainment area with sofa and TV and a covered terrace with barbecue.

The second floor of the Villa offers 1 comfortable bedroom with a king-size bed featuring a living area, dressing room, and balcony. The en-suite bathroom has a bathtub and shower and also offers a sea view. The bedroom also offers a large private terrace with 2 sunbeds and an umbrella.
