Only a mile away from the center but still on a private and peaceful location this villa provides you relaxing stay close to all the amenities and it enables you to enjoy romantic landscape and architecture. Calming scent of rosemary bushes planted next to the pool, panoramic view and the comfortable outdoor lounge area make this front yard a true relaxation for your mind, body and soul.

THE SPACE:
This unique, bright and modern house demonstrates a contemporary architectural design with beautiful glass sliding walls that flood the house with natural light and offer breathtaking views.

The villa spreads over 250 square meters and comprises two floors. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 toilets, outdoor swimming pool, barbecue, outdoor lounge area and it is suitable accommodation for 8 guests.

The ground floor features an open plan kitchen, dining and living area. High ceilings, rich comforting textures and balanced color palette make this light-flooded living room the main social gathering space. Kitchen is fully equipped and its sleek lines and white handle less cupboards increase the feeling of spaciousness while black countertops infuse the kitchen with elegance and style.

Renovated in 2015 this magnificent villa has four bedrooms; one bedroom is located on the ground floor and the other three are on the first floor. All bedrooms feature double beds, size 180 x 190 cm. The top floor is separated into two wings: one bedroom with an en suite bathroom with a shower and a toilet on one side and two bedrooms, one bathroom with a shower, and one separate toilet on the other side.

All three bathrooms have a shower, but only one has a toilet. Two bathrooms are en suite, one of which is connected to a bedroom on the ground floor, and the other one is connected to a bedroom on the first floor. One separate toilet is located on the ground floor and the other one is located on the first floor between two bedrooms.
