This is another large and stylishly decorated room, with floor to ceiling windows and a community view. It contains a king-size bed with premium bedding, bedside tables with lamp lighting, a chest of drawers and an en suite bathroom with shower facilities.

Guests will enjoy state-of-the-art gymnasiums, swimming pools, landscaped gardens, basketball courts and children’s play areas, along with direct access to the beach.

Other things to note
Please note that Dubai has applicable Tourism Dirham charges for all guests staying in apartments, resorts and hotels. Any such applicable charges may be collected upon arrival at a rate of 10 AED per night per bedroom (~ 4 USD). Also, since 1 January 2018, all rates are subject to a UAE Government VAT rate of 5%. This rate will be applied as per applicable laws and may be paid upon arrival.
