Luxurious seafront villa with private beach in Hvar is a unique holiday villa, located in a quiet, private bay, and it is ideal for a peaceful villa vacation in Hvar. There are only a few more houses in the bay, which provides exclusivity and complete privacy. A short drive takes you to the center of Hvar town, famous for its cultural heritage and vibrant nightlife.
The natural white stone facade allows the house to blend in perfectly with the surrounding nature. House was built in rustic Mediterranean style and offers a private stone pier for boat mooring (up to 25 meters).
The Villa features a main house spread over three floors, which offers 5 double bedrooms with 4 bathrooms, and it is suitable accommodation for 10 guests. A separate apartment has one double bedroom, a shower room, living room, dining room, the kitchen, and it is available for 2 additional guests. In total, it can accommodate 12 guests.
At sea level, there is a private pier with stairs for a smooth entrance to the sea. There is a small and shallow pebble beach right next to it, perfect for small children. Situated right above the pier is a beautiful stone-paved terrace with a barbecue. The latest addition is a 7 x 3,30 meters large private swimming pool.
Along the waterfront, there is a small two-bed apartment and bathroom with a shower and toilet. Above this apartment, there is a level one sea view terrace with seating, a low table, two wine refrigerators, and a sink, all equipped with lights to illuminate the area.
The second level terrace offers a stone table for 10, perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner in the fresh air. On the left side, there is a room with a toilet, bidet, and washing machine.
The third level features two apartments with double beds, each with its own bathroom (toilet, sink, shower). At the same level are a fully equipped kitchen and a separate indoor dining room. In front of the house’s full length is a covered terrace with an outdoor bed, ideal for afternoon relaxation.
The fourth level offers a large, partly covered terrace with a seating area and a dining area with a table for 20 people and a large outdoor fireplace. Indoors, there is a spacious living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a separate toilet. A small handy kitchen with sink and refrigerator is also in this area.
The fifth level of the villa features a low loft double bed apartment with a bathroom, mostly used for service taking care of the house and the guests.
The Villa is fully air-conditioned and has free access to Wi-Fi.
