As in the name, the Villa shines in the sun shining with its own light among the thousand wonders of one of the most fascinating areas in Italy. Its views are reflected on the waters of Lake Garda which at any time of the day, but especially at sunrise and sunset, manage to color themselves with magic to give truly extraordinary emotions. Within a property of seven and a half hectares, this house is surrounded by large, very livable green spaces where you can comfortably relax to enjoy true sun baths but where you can also spend days in joy and carefree, with family or with friends.

The large solarium area of the garden – with deck chairs, umbrellas and swings – is served by a small swimming pond, where you can swim among water lilies and aquatic plants or sit in the shade of a banana tree or other tropical trees, and a wonderful terrace with heated whirlpool, to immerse yourself and enjoy a little relaxation even on the coldest days and evenings. On another terrace, however, a large wooden table with chairs will allow you to have lunch and dinner in a unique setting right above the waters of Lake Garda, making you enjoy the thrill of being truly suspended between heaven and earth.

A corner of paradise where you will also find a barbecue area to be enjoyed especially at nightfall for an aperitif or a barbecue party. Always outside, you will be surrounded by centuries-old olive trees, from which an excellent oil is obtained, and by green spaces where you can collect pineapple guava, goji berries and even Chinese dates. An Eden for the explosion of colors and perfumes where you, during your stay, can safely live in absolute privacy. For the little ones there is also a playground. However, the heart of the villa is the large open space of the living room. Very bright, it combines kitchen, dining room and living room. After eating on the large walnut dining table, entirely handmade, take a seat in the living room and let yourself be embraced by the comfortable sofas giving you the always special atmosphere of the lit fireplace.

At ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with their own bathroom while upstairs the sleeping area features other 2 bedrooms, all with lake view and shared bathroom. Here too the environment is truly unique: wooden beams, as in the rest of the house, for the ceilings but also for the floors and most of the furnishings. A perfect mix that makes the whole environment truly eco-friendly. The waters of Lake Garda are just three hundred meters away on foot.

Near the Villa you will find a sailing club and a rental of motor boats. You can also devote yourself to hiking along ancient Roman stone paths but also for mountain biking or you can climb the cable car that will take you to the top of Monte Baldo where you can enjoy a unique panorama. The waters of the lake welcome all types of water sports: water skiing, windsurfing, kitesurfing, canyoning.By car, it will take you ten minutes to reach the main towns in the area. Verona is less than 50 kilometers away, as is Sirmione.
