High end private beachfront villa with pool, Korcula Island is a five-star villa set on an exclusive and quiet location in an inviting turquoise bay directly overlooking the water’s edge and very close to the town of Korcula. The Villa features four spacious en suite bedrooms and offers accommodation for 8 guests. Individually and stylishly decorated, all the bedrooms open out onto terraces with fantastic views over the bay and the Peljesac Peninsula. All the bedrooms are air-conditioned and feature Egyptian cotton linens, large bathrooms with plenty of fluffy towels to pamper oneself with after a day in the sea or around the pool.

Two double bedroom suites can be found off the main entrance hall. Both benefit from high glass windows giving access to the stunning sea and mountain views, so the rooms are filled with natural light. Bedrooms open onto a large balcony with a lounge area, allowing full privacy for each guest. Each bedroom has an en suite bathroom.
There are two master en-suite bedrooms with patio doors leading out onto their own private terrace with panoramic sea views over the pool on the middle level. Both bedrooms have large king-size beds which can be made into twin single beds.

The Villa's ground floor features a living room and kitchen with direct access to the pool terrace. Sliding glass doors allow the floor to become an open plan, creating an alfresco living environment. Villa features an outdoor grill and dining area on the terrace. A gym with a sauna and shower room can also be found on this floor.

The villa is luxurious and elegant and has been created using the best of everything, from the striking crystal chandelier to the finest stone sinks, beautiful fabrics, and contemporary furnishings. The lavish interior provides the optimal ambiance for indulgence and relaxation. The stylish kitchen has uninterrupted views over the bay and holds all the gadgets needed to make cooking and hosting a pleasure. The living room combines contemporary furniture, artwork, and sculpture mixed with antique and modern pieces from around Europe.

Outdoors, you will find the magnificent heated infinity pool with stunning views of the turquoise bay and mountains beyond. Surrounding the swimming pool, there are few lounge areas, perfect for enjoying a refreshing drink in the evening. Below the pool area is the beach club where guests can relax, sunbathe and enjoy swimming in the calm, pristine bay. The dining terrace also offers fantastic views of the Mountains and the nature surrounding the villa. Canoes and paddleboard equipment can be used for playing in the bay.
