Set back and up from the main road, it enjoys a quiet and private position and features a wonderful south sunny exposure with some of the most spectacular views on offer within the Chamonix Valley. To arrive to Chamonix or to the village of les Praz takes less than 15 minutes on foot, via a beautiful and maintained walking/bike riding trail.
