Villa has 540 sqm of wonderful interior space and 310 sqm of terraces with a sea view including 225 sqm of private terrace/beach as part of the largest apartment that stretches all the way into the sea and allowing direct entrance into the sea via swimming stairs and a possibility for up to two yachts berths.

Villa can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests in 4 bedrooms with double beds. There is a luxurious marble lobby with a chandelier, marble steps, artistic details, fully equipped bathroom and fully equipped kitchen, large outdoor BBQ with sink, outdoor shower, interior custom made marble fireplace, high-end interior all over the Villa, air-conditioning, several dishwashers and washing machines, coffee makers, etc. You can enjoy watching movies on one of the satellite flat TV, sunbathing on terrace and private beach and swim just several steps away from Villa.
