The villa is newly built and it hosts up to 10 people in its 200 sq. m. It's twin villas in floor layout and amenities next to each other. It has a large living space with all modern comforts, a fully equipped kitchen with a large dining table for 8 people. There is also a large double bedroom with a comfortable bathroom. On the first floor you can find a master double bedroom and a twin bedroom with 2 ensuite bathrooms. On the lower level of the villa you can find a double bedroom with ensuite bathroom, a siting area, a playroom and one bathroom with washing machine.

The pool area is amazing. The rather small swimming pool is surrounded by sun loungers, umbrellas and a small area for relaxing but since its situated only 200m away from the beach, then it might not be necessary.

The Villa is located in Kalamaki a few km from Chania center. In Chania you must visit the port and the old town. Kalamaki is a famous resort in the broader area of Chania, due to its magnificent sandy beach which attracts numerous visitors. Kalamaki is full of life with restaurants, shops, cafés and many more.
