The Villa is a delightful 4 bedroom villa located in the prestigious Parque Atlantico area. Located just 10 minutes walk to the beach where you will find miles of golden sand and Gigi's restaurant. Quinta shopping plaza with it's designer boutiques, bars and restaurants is a short drive away.

The property enjoys lovely views over the golf course. It benefits from air-conditioning throughout, cable TV, WiFi internet and a private swimming pool that can be heated against an extra charge.

Accommodation comprises of entrance hall leading to the living room with fireplace, cable TV (wide range of TV channels including Sky Sports), DVD, VCR, music system, two large sofas and armchairs. Sliding doors lead to the pool area. The adjacent kitchen is fitted with modern Bosch and Siemens appliances. A separate laundry room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.

There are three bedrooms on the ground floor. Bedroom one has a double bed, en-suite bathroom and doors to the garden. Bedroom two has twin beds, en-suite shower and doors to the garden. Bedroom three has twin beds, en-suite bathroom and doors to the garden. The master bedroom is on the first floor. It has a large double bed, en-suite bathroom and patio doors leading to a terrace overlooking the pool area and golf course.

Outside the private swimming pool (10 x 6 metres) can be heated against an extra charge. The pool is surrounded by a landscaped garden with mature trees. There is a built-in barbeque and dining set for alfreso dining.

Rates include maid service, bedroom linen, bathroom towels and pool towels. Please note air-conditioning and pool heating are available at a supplemental cost. The price of the Pool heating is done by meter reading.
