The Villa is a home away from home. It was conceived by the owners like this: as a holiday place able to make guests feel pampered as if they were in their own home. The project started from the idea of Ms. Manuela to renovate an old farmhouse that belonged to her father Arturo, where the peasants who worked the surrounding lands were once housed. After a long renovation this wonderful estate with private pool was opened to the public.

Immersed in the green of the uncontaminated countryside that surrounds Lake Trasimeno, only 4 four km from Castiglione del Lago, due to its privileged position this dwelling is the ideal destination for those who want to combine a holiday of relaxation and culture with a period of leisure , since it allows you to easily reach the most important artistic and cultural centers of Tuscany and Umbria: Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto, Gubbio, Siena, Florence, Cortona and many other smaller towns rich in history, culture and art.

The property offers a large fully equipped swimming pool along with an outdoor area, in masonry, with a stone oven, ideal for outdoor breakfasts and to enjoy delicious grilled or Tuscan and Umbrian specialties. In the interior living room, where there is a large fireplace, you can instead find yourself having a chat or reading in peace.
