The 360 m² villa offers unrivalled comfort, spacious, well-lit living rooms, quiet, comfortable bedrooms, plus air conditioning throughout the house, which is highly appreciated in the hot summer months.

Outdoors, the garden is split into two areas. On one side, there is the swimming pool and its equipped pool house. On the other, a lawned area ideal for al fresco dining. You’re sure to spend a lot of time together in and around the swimming pool, with its independent pool house and, just a few metres from the water’s edge, the pool house dining space that overlooks the water. With its warm ochre walls, its natural wicker and wood furniture, and its huge exotic wooden vases, you won't want to eat anywhere else!

To enjoy some rest and appreciate the air conditioning, the “living room and kitchen” pavilion is furnished with beautiful leather armchairs, a coffee table, and a flat-screen TV. On the other side of the room, the modern, fully-equipped kitchen awaits with dishwasher, microwave oven, utensils, refrigerator, hob, coffee maker, oven, toaster... everything you need! Step outside and enjoy your meals on the large shaded terrace, with large tables where you can linger over lunch or dinner. This is a second outdoor dining area. Ideal if sometimes you want to split parent and child tables.

The six beautiful bedrooms with their en suite shower rooms and adjoining private terraces can accommodate a large clan (up to 12 people) under the same roof while ensuring maximum comfort. The exquisite bedrooms are equipped with high-end, comfortable bedding to guarantee you a restful night’s sleep.

Four of the bedrooms have a super-king-size bed (2m x 2m) and two have two super-king-size single beds (1m x 2m). Each of the bedrooms has its own small terrace, accessible via the patio doors that go all around the house giving each room outdoor access. Make the most of Provençal countryside, even when indoors!

Each room has its own bathroom with shower or bath and toilet. In addition, there is a seventh bathroom in the pool house for everyone to rinse themselves off before and after their swim. There are also two separate toilets, one off the villa’s living room and the other in the pool house.
