Welcome to the charming family villa.
Family villa with pool and sea view, near the beach, Brac island is a charming villa located near the sea and the promenade in the little village of Sumartin. Villa is surrounded by lush greenery and a wonderful view of the Adriatic sea making it an ideal location for a peaceful villa vacation in Croatia. The villa is traditionally decorated, full of light colors, comfortable and spacious making you feel at home.

If you are in search of a warm and tranquil family vacation on the beautiful island of Brac, this is the place to be!

THE SPACE:
It features 4 double bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large sofa bed for 2 extra persons, a swimming pool, a large terrace with sea view, a dining area with outdoor barbecue and can accommodate 8+2 guests.

The ground floor comprises a fully equipped traditional, wooden kitchen with an open space dining area and living room that opens to the terrace with a swimming pool and spacious sunbathing space. The living area features comfortable sofas with SAT TV and a desk.

The large, open terrace features a shaded dining space with barbecue for a perfect alfresco experience, surrounded by nothing but fresh air and nature scents.

All four bedrooms have the same furnishing style as the other areas of the villa with wooden furniture, light colors, and feature comfortable double beds. There are 4 bathrooms in the villa and one features a washing machine.

The villa is perfectly located a few steps away from the sea, near the Sumartin port with shops, bars, and restaurants with wonderful Dalmatian cuisine that offer freshly caught and traditionally prepared fish. The area surrounding the villa is ideal for hiking and biking during your vacation. Sumartin is connected to Makarska with a ferry line so it’s an ideal base for exploring the surroundings and taking trips to other beautiful areas of Dalmatia.
