Situated in the heart of Lunigiana, in the north of Tuscany and perched on the edge of the small hamlet of Pontremoli, the Villa has been restored to a very high standard whilst maintaining its rustic Tuscan style and original features using local stones and wood.The private area offers an exceptional view over the whole valley and offers a privileged position for sunbathing, all day long by the pool.

The Villa is charming and comfortable in a truly Italian setting. The house is tiled throughout, providing a cool retreat from the Tuscan sun, whilst the owner’s interest in antique furnishings complements the traditional decoration and lends warmth and originality to an already characterful house. With easy access to the Cinque Terre and its fabulous seafood restaurants, the Appenine hills with their challenging walks and the cultural delights of Lucca only an hour away, the Villa  is a unique and stunning destination for both couples and families alike, throughout the year.

Access is easy from Pisa or Genoa airports and a day trip to Florence is even possible! Harming, peaceful and idyllic – it’s hard to draw oneself away from the natural lifestyle and tranquillity of Villa.
