It's located on a hillside with spectacular views over the turquoise waters of the Gyra lagoon and St. John.

Designed with high standards of comfort and architecture, the Villa offers peace and tranquility with stunning views.

It's only about 10 minutes drive from the city of Lefkada and 700 meters from the sea.

The Villa has 3 bedrooms with bath/shower and toilet, plus a separate guest house with a bedroom and a bathroom.

There is a large a dining area and 2 spacious living rooms.
