The grand room has a modern design that is open and bright and perfect for large group gatherings. Gather around the large flat-screen TV while dinner is being prepared in the brand new kitchen. There is intimate seating arranged for multiple guests and plenty of interesting decore to spark off conversations. The dining table is large and modern seating sixteen with exquisite chandelier and art. That brand new kitchen has all the modern appliances you could ask for in a home, with all the glassware, cookware, and dinnerware to add to that as well! You’ll even find a Keurig and a Nespresso coffee machine for those early mornings at the parks!

On the ground floor, there are two sweeping master bedrooms that are accessible with en suite bathrooms that feature zero-entry showers for roll-in and easy walk-in access. On the second floor, there are four gorgeous master suites to choose from in this home, each offering luxurious king-size beds. The en-suite bathrooms are pristine and beautiful with a freestanding tub, a shower, and double vanities. There are one more king bedroom and two more queen bedroom en suites designed especially for the grown-ups. Then there is a double queen teen bedroom with a gorgeous en-suite bathroom.

But you must see the ultimate kids’ Camping themed rooms with the adjoining playroom to believe them. They center around a large life-size indoor tree complete with slides, a climbing ladder, and a secret tree-house room. After that, it takes you to a secret hideaway full of games and bridges. That leads to two amazing cabins with nine bunk beds complete with nature sounds and stars twinkling above. Adventure awaits for kids of all ages! Of course, the parents can access these rooms in a more traditional way as well.

And outback you will find the sprawling pool deck area with a curling lazy river loop, swimming pool, splash pad, and in-ground spa. There are a summer kitchen, a wet bar area, and a fire pit, perfect for spending evenings together outside. The lazy river loop is small, but a fun way to experience the pool as you curl around a plant-filled sand ‘island’ and head back into the main area. The splash pad is perfect for laying out or staying with the little ones as they splash in the shallow water and mini fountain jets. The in-ground spa can be heated to the same temperature as the pool and is the perfect spot to relax. There is even a bridge over the lazy river, and at night the pool can be lit up with cheerfully colored led lights for an epic night swim. Grand Resort Mansion has it’s own Lazer Tag room and a Lazer Maze. Exciting and cool, this is 1300 square feet of fun and play. Head up to the third floor for even more in-home entertainment. The theater is large with over-sized recliners arranged stadium-style. There is a snack bar area and a microphone so this can also double as a presentation space for meetings! There is a massive game room full of hours of entertainment. And the home also features an 1100 square ft. deck with a sports bar, miny putting green and a perfect view of the Jack Nicklaus Golf course and the pool deck below. And at night, you can gather to watch the fireworks from Walt Disney World!

This home is absolutely loaded with everything you could need on your luxury vacation. You can work out in the fully equipped exercise room. And if you’re in a hurry, you can wake up and go straight to the coffee bar on the second floor next to the elevator.
