The Space
Spanning 300 square meters, this loft combines contemporary architecture with rustic Alpine charm. The main living area features soaring glass walls that open up to a large terrace, allowing for an uninterrupted connection between the indoors and the surrounding Alpine beauty. The centerpiece of the space is a suspended and illuminated table, which can be adjusted to different heights, transforming the space from a dining room to a party area. A baby grand Steinway piano and a cozy fireplace set into the glass wall create an inviting atmosphere. The decor throughout is curated by Heinz Julen himself, with custom-designed furniture, art pieces, and his iconic chandelier.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire loft, which is served by a private elevator. Entry to the property is through a tunnel located in the center of Zermatt, followed by a personal key-coded elevator that takes you up to the Omnia Hotel terrace. From there, it is a short two-minute walk to the loft. The private lift within the property also provides easy access between the two levels of the loft.
